The live preview is just an example of what your product will look like, there may be minor differences to colour, sizing and font when printed.
Only PNG files can be viewed in the live preview, you are more than welcome to upload a PDF but it will not show up on the live preview.
Customising Ts&Cs
Logo Upload – Please upload a clear high quality PNG with transparent background or PDF of your logo so that we can get the best quality print possible for you.
Text – Make sure you have typed this exactly how you want it to look on the product.
File Upload – make sure the files are correct that you upload, if the files are to big to upload then you can send it to us by replying to the order confirmation email.
Make sure you have uploaded and typed everything correctly as this is everything that will be printed onto your product.
Delivery
For all orders under £400, there will be a £15 ex VAT delivery charge.
Returns
For any item being return, please contact us first.
Any custom made product cannot be returned.
Invoicing and PODs
All invoices are created at the time of the order.
Proof Of Delivery’s can be obtained by: DPD Local – using the link in your email | DX – emailing us and asking with the invoice number

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
